I'm trying to overclock my little 350 (laugh all you want) to at LEAST a 400. When I tried this, Bios popped up and said "0127. CPU Clock Mismatch <next line> 0162. Equipment Configuration Error" It looped my boot screen, then Win98 screen (x2) then scandisk ran. I canceled scandisk, and the computer shut down. I turned it on, Bios came up again (same message) and it went to the Win98 screen and sat there. Is it BIOS that is stopping me? Any way to fix this? Thanks!

Go into your BIOS and look around for a way to set "Speed Error Hold" to disabled. It may be labeled something else, but you will be looking for something about halting on errors in the CPU configuration. When you overclock, you need to trick the BIOS into running instead of reporting the error.

Some BIOS's have a "HALT ON:" 'all errors/all but keyboard/no errors' function. I think Award BIOS tends to have this feature, but others may have something similar.
