internet explorer 5.5 beta what da ya think

I just installed it,it seems stable enough knock on wood. any body been using this ? if so what do you think .

It was for me too but after a few days the bugs got to be anoying.It's been a while now so they may have fixed some of them. I think Gene C. had problems with it also.

I tried that once...then I tried the real Millennium, now on W2K with 5....whatever...works good

I've been using it for about a month or so... There's some really bad bugs, especially the biggest ones that prevent me from using dialpad.com properly... But I'm too lazy to downgrade back to 5.01 and going back to put all my settings back.

I'll wait for the production release, I had a lot of problems, the main one being that no matter how I set the security, it really would hang up on this BB. That, of course was unacceptable, gotta have Sysopt.com workin'!

I just got backup and running today. a const. co. was digging and cut all the phone lines running our ISP and than some others too. It might just be me. and this is only my opnion on it. Ie 5.5 should be downloaded and copied to a cd. and taken out into the yard. and you all know the rest!!!!! I don't know if it was the explorer part or the mail part of the software. that caused the problems. I'm still waiting to see what others think and maybe the problem can be resolved.
