running multiple operating systems

i want to run multiple OS but i don't want to use LILO. i have heard about a program that acts like a OS boot manager. does anyone have an idea what it is or what the best one it? thanks

Are you talking about System Commander or Select It (Quarterdeck)? They both support multiple operating systems.
