I'd like 2 know if there r any books/mags that r devoted to OC'ing, including pictures and maybe also How-To's on water-cooling,etc.

Any info. is appreciated.

PS. I know there r maybe thousands of websites on the matter, but I'm looking for a hardcopy.

If u know of a really, really, really great OC'ing website than go ahead and post it also! :-)

I guess you've read the stuff on this site:
http://www.sysopt.com/overc.html

If you have and you don't say it's good, you might get some upset comments from senior members!!!

Also, there's useful info on Tom's Hardware page and you can order a book at:
http://www6.tomshardware.com/book/index.html

I haven't read the book, but generally those books by Que Publishing tend to be fairly comprehensive, so if you can sneak a look at it in a bookshop, I think it's cheaper to buy online.

I think any and all information posted by senior (and all members) is useful! That's why I set the SysOpt Forums Page as my Home Page. I check it atleast 10 times daily, I learn something new every 3 or 4 hours...WOW

Thanks!

I don't think I've ever seen a book on overclocking!

I just remembered there's an installable overclocking guide, you can find the zip file at:
http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Keep/8280/overclk.zip

If you have trouble downloading it - email me and I can send it as an attachment (280kb)

Never seen any books on it, but Maximum PC magazine does have o/c info sometimes, and they rate the "overclockability" of things. Good mag for the hardware enthusiast, very little of the business-oriented articles most are full of.

is this forum
