Cache divider programs?? How do they work??

Hi guys,

Does anybody know how a cachedivider program works??
And if so, which program(s) are easy to do this with.

Any help on this would be usefull, since I'm gonna clock the hell out of my athlon.
At least, that's when I know how these programs work.
