Now wasn't I just reading where Bill Gates was blowing a fuse over Linux? And then saying that Internet Browsers were now so complex that they couldn't be properly developed by a bunch of students.
Only "exspurts" can screw things up like this.
Geez, Bill. Bugs are one thing, but what a slew of security problems you keep dishing out to us. Those aren't bugs, they are just **** poor design.
Anyway, so the article says you cant turn this thing off. I am only assuming here, (can't try it till I get IE5) but should be able to avoid it by putting your favorites in another folder. IE Favorites is a default folder and I would think that is the only place that this problem would pop up.
Inconvenient? Yes. But what else were we expecting from MicroSloth WinBlows?
