I have a P2 running on an Asus p3b-f and will be upgrading to a p3 within 3-6 months and was wondering if there is a heatsink fan combo out there that will work with both cpu's. If not I would like a decent but inexpensive sink/fan for my p2 cause I want to overclock. Suggestions? Websites?

Ah, no-one's replied to your post!
Anyway, I'm bored and it's Friday afternoon (here). The standard P2/P3 SECC2 coolers in my local shop are only about stlg7 or 8 is that about 12 US dollars? They are quite good, but probably can't cope with the heat generated if you are increasing the core voltage.
If you want to increase the performance of a standard heatsink / fan combo, cut through the ground (black) wire on the fan, strip a little insulation off the -5V wire on your computers power supply and connect them up. This way, the fan has a +12V and -5V supply, so is running at 17V.
Hey, this is the overclockers forum, so why not overclock your fan??? Mine runs noticeably cooler and spins at ~6200rpm, not the ~4500 that it used to.
You should be able to find the -5V wire from the label on the power supply - if not, use a multimeter.
This is probably best done with a ball bearing fan with a speed sensing wire, so the motherboard can tell you if it's going titsup.....
