Abit BX6-Celeron OC

I have an Abit BX6, with the latest Bios flash installed, which incidently I love. I'm running on a Boxed Celeron 366, with the ATX form factor. I would like to overclock up to 400. The CPU soft menu allows me the option to change the CPU speed and power settings. Today upgraded my power supply from 200 to 300 watts. I'm not sure about what step to take next, and how to benchmark any improvements.
If anyone else has attempted suc an overclock, I would like to know the results.
Any other advice would be appreciated.

for your reference i also have a bx2
and a boxed celeron 366 ppga
it runs at 5.5 x 103 = 566
all day long at 2.1v 90f degrees
dont forget heat paste and the biggest heat sink you can cram in there!!
