I've had absolutely no problems with it, running a p3-500 @ 560 (112mhz bus of course).

Nope! Easy o/c with a P3 450.

Just make sure your BIOS AGP/CPU clock is set to 2/3 if you're running an AGP vidcard (if FSB >100mhz) http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

yep, there's the problem. i no longer have an option to set the cpu/agp clock since i updated my BIOS. **** the luck. well thanks for the input, i'm going to have to toy with it a bit more.
