A few months ago I expressed dissatisfaction with a software product, "Total Seminar's Network Plus" practice tests, which had been lokced with "Softlock." I am back to say, "Don't ever buy a product that has been locked with "Softlock!"
At first, recovering from a hard disk crash I reloaded their software only to find that the product key no longer worked - the encryption changes each time you install it. I called customer service, explained mey situation, and they gave me a new key. Now I have another problem: I ahve been studying the book for a couple months now - and when I think I am ready for the practice tests -- the product key has timed out!!!! I have to contact "Suck-lock" again > http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif
