O.K. old "YELLER." I know that personally, i hate it when people yell when they post...
I wouldn't advise suing your memory over, as it won't get near the performance of newer pc100 or pc133.
I'd also adivse you telling people how much you are willing to spend, and I'll bet you people would almost design systems for you! (its fun.... kinda like a woman shopping, except its a man building...)

I would say build your own PC!
You get alot of knowledge in doing so and you will then truly know your system.
BTW - what do you plan to use the computer for? (gaming, surfing the net, 3D rendering, atc)
It will help us, help you with specs.

I am as poor as a church mouse so I have to build my own PC from bits I obtain, and bits I am can occasionally afford to buy. As everyone says this is great fun and you get to know your system so well.

I'd advise you to build your own as well, but caution you that if you are in a hurry, cannot afford to make mistakes that could possibly cost you money, or have absolutely no knowledge of the steps and tools necessary to build one.........you could be in for just as much aggrevation as you are fun and satisfaction from doing it yourself.
Everyone here will be glad to assist you if you decide to build your own, but keep in mind that it might be easier on you to have a friend or someone locally that you can work with to learn the process for the first time.

Don't get in a hurry! I built my first system this past year and it took me nine months to get all the parts but I learned alot researching each part in the process. I would spend alot of time here and at www.Anandtech.com (http://www.Anandtech.com)
