The fastest memory on the general market is 133Mhz, it runs between 6-7ns. If your in the Uk you can pick it up from most suppliers. e.g Ram computers, Microdirect.

You can get PC150, or 6ns SDRAM from Step ThermoDynamics (http://www.step-thermodynamics.com) Samsung has developed PC200 SDRAM, but it's not available to the general public yet. Ilya_S_K 01-25-2000, 05:35 PM cool article that you might want to look over before you buy your RAM, it's alittle out of date, but still, I would recommend reading it. http://www.colfax-intl.com/jump/corsairmem.html Quazar 01-26-2000, 01:54 AM I was wondering what is the fastest memory out there and where I could pick some up. Im thinking of PC133 7ns or even 6ns if it exists. LED 01-27-2000, 05:30 AM MO...would be Corsair or Micron http://www.lostcircuits.com/memory/ SysOpt.com
