What is the fastest memory out there and where to buy

The fastest memory on the general market is 133Mhz, it runs between 6-7ns. If your in the Uk you can pick it up from most suppliers. e.g Ram computers, Microdirect.

hey, 133 mhz memory is not the fastest. dell is already shipping with pcs with ram as high 400 mhz(pc800)

But PC400 and PC800 is RDRAM, or RAMBus, which is RIMMs, not DIMMs. It also, in my opinion, sucks, because the latency is too **** high.

You can get PC150, or 6ns SDRAM from Step ThermoDynamics (http://www.step-thermodynamics.com)

Samsung has developed PC200 SDRAM, but it's not available to the general public yet.
