That's it! I finally snapped and popped my antispam cherry!

Yesterday marked my first firm note to abuse@ well known British ISP providing commercial email accounts, a client of which in the process of two hours sent me two identical spam mails from some sort of London-based e-business.
I'm normally quite tolerant of the .br and .cn ones I get promising vast fortunes, and just trash them, but today I thought ENOUGH. And it was British, which kinda made it easier http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

In fact, they look like quite a respectable business with some interesting services (looking at their webpage) but IMHO this sort of "advertising" does nothing but cheapen their product. I'm also hoping it's against the terms and conditions of the ISP.

Victory is sweet.
Now I just need to kill whoever gave them my email address...

To clarify, I was merely responding (perhaps a little immaturely, but with good nature) to daveleau's funny post. The concept was so ridiculous that I did not consider the use of http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif to be necessary. I would not send stuff fraudlently using daveleau's name in the same way that I trust he would not distribute my email for spam, even though he appears to clearly state he would. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and trusted in his good humour. I would be grateful if you were to extend the same privilege to me.
