I am running this chip on a SOYO 5EMA.
I have tried to take it further but the monitor is blank on boot-up. Why is this, does it mean I can't get it any higher?
Thanks

tell us a little bit more about your system. first thing that comes to mind. have you tried upping your voltage on your chip? i have a amd 450 running at 517. i had to up the voltage from 2.2 to 2.6 to get it to run there. if you up the voltage be shure you have good cooling. i am running a water cooled system on mine to keep it cool. you should be able to go higher with a good heatsink and fan like an alpha.

I have a AMD K6II-333 2.2V @ 400 2.6V (4x100).I have a cheap AVC cooler with 4cm high heatsink and is very cool&extremely stable.I am thinking about taking it up to 448MHz(4x112) or 450MHz(4.5x100).I'll fill you in later 'bout that.
BTW I have a GIGABYTE GA-5AA with ALi Aladdin V AGPset and 32Mb PC-100 memory.
