First off id get a new CPU while your at it.
Get a MB that will go 133mhz for over clocking, and a AMD 450mhz chip is only around $50. The Asus P5A i have seems to be a good board for around $75.

i agree that the asus p5a is a good board. also the amd 450. i am curently running the p5a and a amd 450 chip at 115 FSB and 4.5 multiplier. 517mhz but fast because of the higher FSB. i also agree on the prices.

In terms plainly put....the new ABIT boards, cannot be beat for overclocking INTEL Processors. FSB's 66, 75, 83, 100-200 in 1MHz steps. Now what other Mobo can clain the same????? Just my two cents worth, Good Luck.
