i found out that it uses 66 mhz ram. and for the motherboard, i don't really understand, but this is what it said word for word:

Florida-TG Micro ATX (ATX v1.2 form factor) motherboard, TriGem, Korea.

I believe I found your motherboard at http://www.e4me.com/techsupport/faq.html#upgrade. Looks like you are pretty stuck. I did not even see any jumper settings for 75 MHz or 83 MHz FSB's. Hold onto that processor though. You can always get a new Motherboard (ABIT makes great boards for a bit over $100) and then you can see if you can get some more out of your CPU. A good motherboard is a worthwhile investment. I got my ABIT BX6 RII last year and LOVE IT. I have already upgraded two CPUs and still have lots of room to grow.
