In a reply to another posting you mentioned that you have a PIII 450 running at 633. I recently tried the same. It was my first experience with OCing and being a bit nervous I stepped it back to 600 after my first "FREEZE". Was I being paranoid?

Well, every CPU I ever had "Froze" at one time or another, you might not have had enough Voltage to the cpu or it just could not handle the overclocking, who knows.
We really need more info to help you with your problem. Mobo, RAM, Voltage ect...
Heres a Nice little shot of a p-III 450 giving it's all...
