Adobe Acrobat

Does anyone know of a graphics design package that will convert adobe acrobat files (.pdf) to its format so that you can make changes to the document? Any info on adobe/graphics package would be appreciated.

I routinely use Framemaker to save my work in PDF format files. I'm sure there are others, but I'm most familiar with FM and find it quite easy to use!
