Socket 370 to Slot1 Adapter

Because my mobo doesn't support Vcore tweaking (MS-6119) I want to do this with a converter board.

Are there people around that already done this with for example the Soltek SL-02A++ or MSI MS-6905MASTER boards??

Want to run my 366MHz Celeron (week 06) at 100x5.5=550MHz but need some more voltage here.
