I've got the Abit BE6 mobo and a stick of 64mb PC133 Ram, along with my trusy Matrox G400 video card.
Question is I want to get the new 133mhz FSB coppermine processor to run with my current config, but don't know if my video card can handle the 89mhz AGP stress, anybody have an idea.
Anybody with a G400 card clocked at high speeds that can give me feedback?
If it doesn't I'll just get the PCI version of the new 3dfx Voodoo4.

You might have stability problems. I've heard of people frying their cards by overclocking. Only the motherboards with the Intel 820 chipset don't overclock the AGP when running 133 MHz Coppermines. I keep hearing that there will be a 100 MHz PIII 750 soon. You might want to consider that.

Geez... Dave2 you sure knows a lot!! I got a friend, who OC a P3-450 to 150 FSB (2/3 for the AGP) on Asus P3B-F mb with his Matrox G400 AGP!! In fact, I'm running my P3-450 at 140 FSB (2/3 for the AGP) on Asus P3B-F mb and rock stable on my 3dfx Voodoo3 3000 AGP!! Not able to OC stable at 89 Mhz AGP are problems of TNT2 cards!!

"Only the motherboards with Intel 820 ..."
Nope. VIA's 133 MHz chipsets also keep AGP at 66 MHz (1x, 2x or 4x from there) when CPU clock is at 133.

I have the g400 vanilla, and have run it succesfully at 150 fsb on the asus p3b-f, overclocked 10% with a tennmax cooler on the card. The g400 will clock to 303 mhz, but I run it a lil conservative, seeins its new. 32mb by the way, I got it at www.pcprogress.com (http://www.pcprogress.com) for 165 bucks t shipping http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
