IRQ Problem?

When I run PC Checkup in Safe & Sound, it shows two device conflicts: "The device IRQ holder for PCI Steering has been disabled (code 22).

When I go to device manager, I don't see any conflicts and everything seems to work ok.

Does something need to be fixed or should I ignore this?

If nothing is obviously wrong with your system then i would not try to fix it now. See what the manual for pc checkup says, as well, if anything at all.
