Has anyone had any problems (or success??)overclocking their system with a Diamond Viper V770 Ultra in their AGP slot? I'm trying to run my fsb at 124 mhz, with my AGP set to 2/3, which gives a 82+mhz for the card. Wondering if the card may be what's keeping me from running stable at that speed?? Any thoughts?

My Hercules TNT2u can take the 82mhz agp bus,
but I do need to clock it back to 150/183 though.

You'll lose some of the card's performance, but maybe the increased cpu power will compensate.

There's an article about disabling side-banding

Thanks for the link, ThunderDan (BTW, you're not a Miami Heat-NBA fan, are you?) I'll definitely give the side-band disable a try....Thanks!

No problemo.

Not a big heat fan anymore -- but I'm always watching their guards on highlight reels. /forum/smile.gif
