I have and Athlon 600Mhz and wat to overclock it but all of the clock setting are auto. I have the MSI MS-6167 board

you have to have a programming module attached to the processor in order to be able to overclock an Athlon. I believe they are not available to the general public yet so you cannot overclock that way. The only other way to do it is some creative soldering, which I have no idea of how to go about. Maybe someone else in the forum could tell you but I would advise being content with 600 until the module is easily available.

they modified my athlon..runs at 750..not bad for a 500 ...=) Costs about 100.00 plus shipping
