I was looking at the 3d Studio Max site and I thought that 3d modelling and animation would be interesting to look into. however, at 3 grand, not that interesting, until I came across a free program called blender ( www.blender.nl (http://www.blender.nl) ) I downloaded it but the interface is very intimidating. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so, how difficult was it to get into? I was looking at their site and they sell the manual for ver 1.5 and I happen to have ver 1.7 does this matter?
