And no, I'm not using a peltier. At idle, using waterfall, my CPU temp is now 28ºC/82ºF. The overall case temp is 30ºC/86ºF. I have a Voodoo 3. On my CPU (K6-2 450@500) I have an oversized heatsink and fan. I put a Gamma 28 blower flat against the base of the Tower and screwed it into one of the unused motherboard screw holes. Here is a crude picture I made. I need a scanner =)

The MB is slightly raised above the bottom of the case, so the fan is actually blowing cool outside air across both the Heatsink and the underside of the Zif Socket. It effectively lowered my Idle CPU temp by 9ºF.
