NavyDood_ F/A18_Mech 10-25-1999, 11:43 AM I'm not sure........ Have you ever looked at the MoBo in that thing? They are the most basic boards that i have seen. Kinda scary actually. My dad's 333 Celeron Emachine doesn't even have a fan on the heatsink. Just one fan that mounts on the bottom of the powersupply that pulls air up across the processor heatsink. Jim bigslammer 10-25-1999, 02:57 PM I can't believe emachines wouldn't spend the extra couple of dollars to put a fan on the heatsink. that's pretty funny. also I heard that around 15-20% of the celery 400s make it at 6x100fsb for a cool 600mhz. maybe you got a good one(but 80% says you don't) but you'd probably need to change it to a better mobo. KillerBug 10-25-1999, 06:56 PM Heh...400mhz emachines go for like $150 around here after rebate, not bad, but since rebates are a joak from companies like this, it it more like $300. SysOpt.com
