I got it from download.com, ufortunately some options on it don't work. So if you know of some other versions of sisoft sandra, let me know.

PS I know it is a trial version, but for some reason some options do work on my PC, and I am in my friend's house and we just downloaded it and half of what I have working doesn't work on his pc.

sandra can be a resource hog at times so the computer, depending on cpu and memory, may not be able to handle the utility. however, it sounds like more likely that you simply need to completely uninstall and then do a fresh install of it. try going to the site mykel mentioned, i got mine there and it works fine....
