Im running this right now.. and now i wonder.
is this to much voltage?
should i settle for 448 ? or 450?
THe cpu is running cool to the touch...
im gonna run prime95 and winamp for a couple
of hours now and see if its totally stable...
any replies are extremely appreciated.

Mine running K62-400@500 at 2.8V too. No problem as long as the CPU's temperature is under control. No worries.
The one damaging your CPU mostly come from heat associated with higher voltage. When the heat itself is under control, you have nothing to worry about.

I've had mine to 2.9 with an upgraded heatsink and two super7 fans. As long as you can handle the heat, it should be fine. I've seen k6-2's (2.4v chips) all the way upto 3.1v with excessive cooling.

Whenever people say "cool to the touch" are you referring to the heatsink? Because I know you can't just touch the chip, and in any case the chip would be hot even running at spec speed if you actually touched the face of the chip. A cool heatsink isnt always a good thing either, could mean the transfer of heat is poor.
