I think I've seen this addressed before, but I couldn't find the thread again. I'm trying to bump up my celeron 466 to 525. I upped the fsb to 75 and it worked fine. My problem is that when I ran sandra it said, said there was a problem with the pci bus and that I should move the fsb back down. It also seemed like my SCSI Zip was acting funny, but this could be unrelated. Is this all normal for a Cel 466? I had no other obvious problems.

Both problems are overclocking related, but I would not really expect 37.5 PCI bus speed to be too extreme for your devices.

Try reinstalling the Zip drive again and see id the problem still shows up. I would ignore the Sisoft Sandra error for now.
