I'm about to purchase a new CPU but don't know which one to go with for overclocking. Most of you suggest Celeron 366 PPGA. But in OEM or retail? Any hints? Thanks.

They are the same chips, but retail has a longer warranty and comes with heatsink and fan. If overclocking you will probably want to add your own heatsink and fan, so save the money and buy oem.
