I'm about to purchase a new CPU but don't know which one to go with for overclocking. Most of you suggest Celeron 366 PPGA. But in OEM or retail? Any hints? Thanks.

I would go with oem. They are the same chips, but retail has a longer warranty and comes with heatsink and fan. If overclocking you will probably want to add your own heatsink and fan, so save the money and buy oem.
