Hey!

I want you guys to take a look at this and tell me what you think.

This guy put a thermal epoxy right on the exposed resistors on the back of the P3 and stuck a metal plate on those!!! Did anyone else tried doing that?? Isn't it dangerous? I'm still wondering how come he didn't fry his CPU yet... /forum/smile.gif It seems like a nice way to cool it, but I'm concerned about frying my CPU.. So here I am, literally with thermal epoxy and metal plate in my hands waiting for your responses.. please advice...

First, thermal paste is non-conducive, seond, the metal plate is on a part where there is no contacts, the tops do not conduct electricity.
