I've got a friend who wants me to overclock her Celeron 366 chip. I don't think she will want to go into extensive cooling methods other then the standard heat sink and fan that will come with the system.

I was thinking that overclocking it to about 400 would be safe without additional cooling.
What do you guys think?

you can acaully go to 550 and be safe.. if it starts to lock up then turn it down.. you should also get motherboard monitor and make sure your cpu is not over 50 c.. thats where i get the heat jitters
