i ordered a ALPHA and when i got it the pins were bended

hmm well when i mailed ALPHA about this they said that they wanted my ID number for the product but i cant find it ive looked everywhere on the package but its not there

do anybody here have a ID number that i could use ?? i can understand if u do not want to but its my only chanse of getting a new unit

Well you should be able to prove that you bought it from them either with your canceled check or your credit card statement!

also your I'd # should be on your pacling slip from them

Sky, hope your feeling better. I ordered an Alpha PPGA from computer nerd, if I can find the number you are most welcome to it, is your Alpha a PPGA, if not it probably will not work.
