but besides this guy, do you guys know if there is any other retail chains where I can buy a mouse? I want to have enough choice.....

My four-button mouse is getting way too dirty now... I am thinking about a replacement and that is something I don't want to wait more than 12 hours to do...... that means tomorrow morning, so no time for mail-order...

anyone know some other place? I am in New Jersey, btw.

And about the new mouse, I also want some suggestion from your guys...

One critical point is that it must have a cord more than 18 inches, otherwise i cannot connect it to my pc, it is a little bit far, and it better have some EXTRA features than a regular mouse, so that I can brag about it.. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

price around $50 is acceptable....

hurry up, my friends, i need your help NOW...

Many Office Supply stores out there that carry all kinds of PC hardware. Office Depot, Office Max, and Staples.

Kensington Scroll Mouse. I got both of mine around $20 and you should be able to get them at CompUSA. For a piece of equipment that is that cheap and commoditized CompUSA is as good as any.

If cord length is a problem, you might want to look into an infrared. i use a logitech infrared two button scroll wheel mouse. It's awesome. i can use it 15-20 feet away. ( course i can't REALLY see what I'm doing that far away ).

i paid about $90.00 for an infrared mouse/keyboard combo. Makes me think you might be able to get into an infrared mouse for your price range.

just a thought...good luck.

hi, thank you guys, I just came back from CompUSA. Couldn't forget my 4-button mouse, so i bought another 4-button mouse again. This time it is not a Kensington Thinking mouse, it is a Logitech Cordless 4-button mouse with wheel (Mouseman wheel). I am very happy now! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Just for you information, they have Imation 50 CDR on sale, 29.99 after $10 mail-in. I think it is a pretty good deal.

Only pity is that I didn't find Logitech Cordless keyboard, so I bought a MS internet Keyboard instead. It has some pretty good features, but the feel is so-so.
