Hmm...Ive been running this PC66 @ 100 for a while and starting just recently, Ive been having memory faults when I play halflife (FYI I dont get these in Quake 2 or Starcraft)
Ive had it running at 100 for about 3 months...can it just start to get weak or somthing? Nothing is OC'ed cept the videocard, which I toned back down to see if its the video cards fault..Havent seen any positive results yet tho..

As far as I know, RAM is a go/no go kind of thing. If it will run at higher speeds, it's a 'go'. The RAM test during boot also is a clue to whether it's working or not.

I've been playing Half-Life since it came out and I get mem errors all the time. My PC isn't O/C Yet I think it is just the game. Sometimes when I click the exe it even says it is running but it never goes into the game. It doesn't matter how many times I reload it I still get mem errors and the exe errors.

I agree with Roy, if they'd run it means they'd run! as for the half-life thing, try reinstalling directx and the game, if all fails try reinsalling windows :0

yes, only one possible problem with overclocked ram: if it runs real hot, you can get problems.
