Adding LPT and COMM ports...

I just found this old 8 bit ISA card in the garage, I want to put it in my server because it has the ability to hook up an extra 2 printers. However, I have no idea who makes it, or the configurations, in fact, the only text on the thing it on 2 identical chips made by Winbond, here is what they say:

W86C551
61OQC15073960

Any ideas?
