There are no "clock Speed' Jumpers for this motherboard. Clock speed, CPU Choice and multipliers are controlled by "Softmenu" in the BIOS set-up under "Chipset Features". Here's a clue...go to www.soyousa.com, then click on "Support" at the bottom of the screen, then choose "Manuals", then pick your motherboard. You can then read on-line or download the motherboard manual for this board (pictures & text). By the way, your bus speed choices are: 50, 60, 66, 68.5, 75 & 83mhz, etc. The information on this board says it will support PII's from 233-333mhz. There is a BIOS upgrade for this board in order for it to recognize celeron processors, but i'm not sure if it will go high enough to recognize the 400mhz!
Good Luck,
Paul

i already did contact somebody at soyo, and they said that their motherboard does support 400 mhz cpus--their web site is out dated! what i need is some kind of a photo showing me where are the jumpers--kuz i looked and i found no jumpers. i guess i can't overclock my system. that's okay i was kind of afraid of damaging it any way. thank you very much jmatrix for replying
