overclocking a AMD K-6 233( in )

hello,
k, i was going to overclock a AMD K-6 233 found the motherboared manual ( PA-2011 AMI ). In the manual it only has jumper settings upto a 233 (Intel, IBM, AMD chips )..So is there a way to overclock this or is 233 as high as this board can go ?

I dont know about the 2011, but...

In order to get over the 233 limit using the 66 Mhz FSB you need to enable the 'BF2' pin on a suitably receptive CPU. This can *simply* be done by making a solder bridge between the BF2 pin and its GROUND neighbour on the underside of the ZIF socket.

Be aware that most of the higher speed AMD CPUs are 2.2V (core) parts - if your board can't get that low you will need to investigate ways of lowering the core voltage too. Oh, and the board supports MMX split voltages ????

The bios might need upgrading too....

Bearing in mind all of that, I have a VX Pro+ board that *used* to have a limit of 233 and a minimun voltage of 2.5V core. But I've run a K6-2/350 at 412Mhz on test and have a K6/266 at 337.5Mhz in there as standard - it can be done!!
