I attempted to set my CPU to run at 500MHZ
and it locked up the Motherboard. (Abit - BH6)

What key do you hold down when you turn on the system to unlock the system so I can get to the BIOS setup again?

did you try to look on the mb for a clear bios berg jumper???
thats what youd be looking for to get back in...

Try holding the insert key when you turn the power on... that should make the bios revert back to the default settings.
