I am running a celeron 333 at 416. It seems stable, with a heatsink fan. No crashes, and the maximum temp I ever saw from CMOS was 40 C after 2hrs of intensive gaming. Though I can get it lower 1 or 2 degrees with waterfall. I am worried about the rest of the system though. I heard stories with people frying their cards or harddrives at this bus frequency. Do I get a hint that I am pushing those parts, or do they just die?
Is there a way I can take some heat away, like underclocking my harddrive or voodoo2?
And how do I do that?

If you overclock, the risk of damaging your internal components does exist. When you address the thermal considerations, you can't just stop with the CPU.

The internal air temperature of the case is one factor. We don't want to be blowing hot air around. So having a good intake system ( an good/extra fan, is helpful. When overclocking the FSB we must consider cooling the expansion boards. You can place heatsinks (or replace them with larger ones) on the critical chips on these boards and place another larger fan (Velcro the thing if you have to) forcing air directly over them. You also can place a small to medium fan to direct air right over the memory dimms.
