Straight shooting:
buy low in quantity - sell high
have a thick skin and be willing to hear a lot of that "What a rip-off/ I could get it for half that at so-and-so's" kind of talk.
Most importantly, be willing to take a huge loss on most everything and go out of business within 2 years...
Unless you do repairs, upgrades, etc. and build a excelent reputation doing it; service is where the money is, not resale of computer goods unless you do a huge volume.
