Let the case open, it run rock solid at 495MHz (4.5x110), 2.0V. I repeatly run Winstone + WinBench for 6 hours without any problem. CPU temperature = 32-33.5oC.
Close the case, CPU temp raise to 35.5-36oC. Randomly
crash. What is wrong here ? 36oC is still pretty low temperature isn't it ?

Where else I should check. (Graphics card, sound and
harddisks used to run at 75MHz / 2 for 2 years without problem.). Can the BX chip a problem.

chipset heat and heat pooling around your memory. Adjust the way the fans inside your case push the air.

I've got a BM6 board w/ a 366 running @458 and my temmps are cpu=37.5 and case=34. It's worked fine for about a week now with a lot of benchmarking runs to check it out. I did need to add a second case fan, didn't have problems but temps got too high for comfort.
