burn in time and programs for it

about to oc using a 300a and bh6 mb, need to know about burn in time and what to do, also some programs to run to check once i get to 450, i have read lots of stuff here, and i see rain as one, but where do you get it and what is it, and are there any more i could use to test my new speed demon

A good test for stability of your o'c system would be the Prime95 program. You can find it at www.alienpc.com (http://www.alienpc.com) in their files section.

This program actually tries to find a new prime number, but it uses your cpu, memory to help it calculate, so if this program still runs after about 5 min with your o'c Celery then you know it is stable. Run it for a couple of hours.

Also, this program will want to access the Internet but stop the program, and under options in the menu choose torture test.
