Backside cooling. HOW?!?

Hi there! I was wondering how u guys put a heatsink and fan on the back of your Celeron. And does it matter if u put a heatsink directly on the nude back? What I could fear was a short circuit and BLAM I would get a lot of smoke but no processor!
