After a ten plus year hiatus from the halls of academia, I’ve finally returned to college to complete work on my bachelors.

The first thing I did was venture into the local computer center. Brimming with anticipation, I jumped on an “Internet” system and watched as my jaw hit the ground.

I didn’t know the Internet could be so fast!

I live thirty miles from the nearest town of five thousand residence or greater. The best I can connect from home is 28.8. This high speed net, it moves with the same swift assuredness as running a typical software application. I know some of you have high-speed access all the time; my jealousy is compounded ten fold.

Now that I’ve tasted high speed, can I every go back?

Regards to All,

Zotz “Speed Impaired” Mein

Zotzmein: Yeah, the speed is nice. Looks like after the recents events of yesterday, even those AOHell subscribers may even get a little more band width. It might even be enough to make all their software work. Cheers.

Hooked another one. The only choice you have now is to get Direct Pc when you go home.
