News popup

[SysOpt]

Any comments on the new news popup format on the front page (when you click on a headline)? I thought it would make it easier to browse news without jumping to a new page. It requires Java though.

As long as the news articles are short and to the point like the ones currently up there, its a nice little add on. Click it, boom, it pops up, yea read it, close and your right back where ya started. I dont mind it one bit http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

YES! Very neat...I like not being thrown from one page to another for the brief news articles...I think the pop-up is cool.

I like it. Something to think about though...it seems to use your Windoze colors for the background. The black type still reads fine on my faded-cobalt blue but some people my have darker colors or even black as their Windoze background color.
