SysOpt-Great place to be, so far I’ve found out about overclokin, been there, done that, and cooled it. figured out what mb to buy, intalled it, fixed up crashes, got my modem back up and running, installed a new hd and got ata66 drivers installed Wow!, repaired a growl on startup and found out what the double and triple C: prompts mean, and maybe even helped someone else . Wow pretty cool eh!
Biff http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif Thanks! oh yeh, I also got a lot of ideas on my next hampster

These sunglasses are getting just a little too popular http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
The best thing about Sysopt is the people on in. together, its like Distributed.net in that we all have a vast amount of knowledge between us, and we are all willing to share it.
That is by far the best thing about this place http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif.
Even better than Socalgal http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

I agree completely! Ever since I started receiveing the SysOpt newsletter, I have been addicted to computers! (although at first I was a little discouraged due to a certain somebody!) I have learned alot, and appreciate everybodys help! I can't wait to keep learning.
I too find myself checking the board several times a day, for new and interesting posts!
Thanks SysOpt!

I've been a member at many forums and bbs's, but this place is the best. I can actually talk to intelligent people, with good ideas and clear thoughts. While here, I don't have to deal with "get rich quick" garbage, bad language, or uninformed idiots that live start flame wars. We have a chance to talk about technology, current events, and help each other out. I defintely support this site, and everyone that contributes to it (owners, admin's, moderators, and members). Hopefully SysOpt will be here for ages to come!
Thanks to everyone that makes SysOpt possible, and all those that support it!

I can't visit so often as I used to because my husband ( http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif) feels neglected, but I still check in every week! No site on the web combines such a homey atmosphere with so much technical know-how!

My favorite forum too.
SysOpt is by far the best, the people are friendly, and respectfull of others. Other forums have put me off with a lot of big egos and unkind words to others, and moderators locking threads mid-discussion.
Three thumbs up for Socalgal http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

I haven't been here long, but I think Dave_H said it best. People are really friendly and supportive here. I don't know that much about computer technology, but what I do know, I love! I hope to learn a lot from you all, and I hope I can give back as much! Thanks for making me feel at home.

I agree whole heartedly! Now if we can figure a way to dismantle Compaq (the bane of my existence) we would really have something to brag about.

The three places I visit every day:
www.sysopt.com (http://www.sysopt.com)
www.56k.com (http://www.56k.com)
www.pcmech.com (http://www.pcmech.com)
The last two because I'm a moderator. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
56k.com is great for all kinds of modem help.
pcmech.com is great for all kinds of PC help.

www.mrcs.net/ (http://www.mrcs.net/)
www.trademe.co.nz (http://www.trademe.co.nz)
