Someone sent me an email about aol and intel merging and paying you a couple hundred bucks for forwarding the email. I know it is ****, but the person that sent it to me doesn't think so. Is there anywhere online I can go to show them that this is not true?

Sounds like another hoax, similar to the MS/AOL one here: http://www.stiller.com/msaol.htm

Reference sites for hoaxes:
http://ciac.llnl.gov/ciac/CIACHoaxes.html
http://www.stiller.com/hoaxes.htm

But I don't see it listed at either one - yet.

why the hell do people start those???
is it for companies - to generate an email list of gullible people to market to? or do people just like to cause a lot of useless internet traffic???
what's the point?

**please forward this to 100 million people and disney will give you money and women and power**
