buying notebook advice.

Im about to buy a notebook, but i dont know much of it.

I want one with this specs:
amd k6-2 or k6-3 400 mhz or 450 celeron too.
96 or 128 mb ram (for winnt)
4-6 Gb hardisk.
network capable.

Which brands are good? Which braids i have to avoid?
