Will this power supply fit for my PC ??

Hi,

I have a PIII 1GBMz computer and I want to change the power supply to Enermax EG365P-VE350W Power Supply. (I am using a regular 350 W PS).In addtion, my case is a Skyhawk Eagle AL-ATX4378+C-SL Amumium Computer case. Is this power supply OK and fir with my case or for my computer?

My Computer: PIII 1GB MHz, 512 RAM, Asus CUSL2 Mother board. (The oldest version), Maxtor 40GB HDD, ATI Xpert 2000 Video Card, Sound Blaster Live! Value, D-Link NIC, Floppy Drive, DVD and CD-Burner Thanks! ...
